CRG's combined facilities sit on a total of 14 acres with a total of 72,000 sq. ft. under roof

C.R.G. Electric Inc. was established in 1984 and reflects our years of growth and commitment as a company. Our long term loyalty to the community and our customers has given birth to CRG Boiler Systems' new growth and facilities over the past 25 years.

Material Prep

CRG's recent facility expansion

CRG's material preperation building makes up 16,000 sq. ft. and includes equipment such as 2 12' press breaks, a 12' shear, rolling capabilities up to 9/16" thick and CRG's newest addition is an 8' x 20' automated plasma table. CRG is one of the few facilities in the Permian Basin with a 20' plasma table.

Assembly

CRG Boiler Systems takes great pride in their construction of top notch quality products

CRG has a quality control procedure and is a holder of "U", "S" and "R" stamps issued by ASME and National Board of Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspectors. This allows CRG to build, modify and repair fired and unfired pressure vessels.

Hot Air Assembly "Dragon Cave"

CRG Boiler Systems designed and produces the Dragon Fire Hot Air Units.

With the advent of the Dragon Fire units CRG constructed a new building dubbed the "Dragon Cave", where final assembly and fire testing of the Hot Air units is taken place. Building footprint is approximately 2,250 square feet of construction space.

Sandblast & Paint

Meeting local air quality standards

Paint booth with filtered exhaust 5,000 sq. ft. sandblast booth with dust collection 5,000 sq. ft. CRG blast and paint facility allows for all the cosmetics to be done in house with a full time blast and paint team. CRG applies quality coatings on all our products. The paint and blast booths are equipped with filtration systems affording our team a safe working environment.

CRG maintains an inventory of materials to support our product demand.
